The Conversation - MC CP !!

There was a time when everyone assumed, his name by birth was CP. Then one fine day, someone made an announcement that his name was Mr. Chandras but we all still can only fondly address him as the indomitable CP. 

Serial entrepreneur, well connected ( so we think), third richest man in Palladian but most importantly ultimate team man. He will do anything for the team's cause and be the last man standing in any argument.  Now with a new hat thrown on top of him, here is an exclusive hot off the press conversation with CP. 

 1. Last count how many times have you hit the ball towards Bajpai’s house ?

Maybe 15-20 times, an Achilles Heel for me, Of late not much consciously, Hari makes sure am aware about it.

2. ⁠Your iconic 55* in a losing cause in a friendly game has become a part of maidaan folklore. Any specific shot that you can recollect from that game?

If I am not wrong, scored 3 half centuries since we started playing - this 55 was fun as I specifically hit Shiten, one of the best bowlers at Maidana

3. ⁠Why did you decide to join the MC and how does that affect your weekend participation for cricket ?

Joining MC was interesting - during one of my morning walks, Uma and Bajpayee Ji motivated me. No way this impacts my weekend at Maidana an integral part of my weekly stress buster. 

4. ⁠ What do you look forward to every weekend at cricket ?

Pure Fun, camaraderie, friendly fights, outbursts and match analysis - can’t expect more. I also like talking and at the maidaan since we close the gates, I find an active audience listening to me. 

5. ⁠You love throwing barbs and being at the receiving end of some. Are some comments hurtful or you don’t care ?

This is fun, relaxing and my way of ageing together with you all. 

6. ⁠Now that you have total power in Palladian what will be the first order you pass successfully?

Not really but will ensure we all continue to enjoy the weekend stress buster - will be a catalyst and a voice for the cricketing gang
